There were stacks of files, and the medical history form had clearly been photocopied for years, which was evident. A little more digitalization would certainly benefit the practice. During the teeth cleaning, I was repeatedly asked how I was feeling, which I found very thoughtful and pleasant. The result speaks for itself; I'll be back!“
